10 April 1590

Action at last, we met the Foggcutter again and her capitain is Jack Morgan, I knew that he was nothing more than an English troublemaker the moment he scuffed my boot in Calaises, more of reason for me to kill him. We ordered the Foggcutter to heave to and prepare to be boarded. Morgans response was to fire his broadside at the Requin and give battle. The battle raged fiercely until Morgan's last broadside volley hit our main mast and he escaped once more.
